Heat treatment of steel is divided into such processes as hardening, annealing and cementation. All these works are manufactured at our production facilities.

Quenching is a process of heating and cooling in certain liquids, which makes steel stronger in terms of resistance to impact and wear, increases its load-bearing capacity, and improves the characteristics of resistance to environmental influences.

Cementing is a technology thanks to which the surface layer of a metal alloy (steel) turns out to be saturated with carbon. The result is high metal strength. This technology is used both on sheet metal and on individual finished parts.

Annealing is heat treatment of metal with heating to high temperatures followed by gradual cooling. Annealing is needed to improve such a parameter as the density of the metal by reducing its grain size.

We process metals by cutting, which is also associated with short-term and local heating at the place of the cut. gas cutting is based on this principle: a stream of pure oxygen is burned at the point of the cut, due to which the steel is heated, engaged, oxides are formed at the place of its combustion – and they are washed away. That is, in fact, it is burning of metal with burning gas.

Mechanical metal processing services without heating

We process sheet metal and create metal parts without thermal exposure. On special machines, it is possible to bending sheet metal and pipes, cutting metal, boring it, drilling holes of the required shapes in sheets , etc.

We perform drilling of notches and holes in metal parts on drilling and coordinate boring machines. These machines use the rotary principle – that is, a super-strong drill at a high speed of rotation allows you to get a hole in steel, or to expand a hole that is already in the part, or to grind its edge to a smoothness, etc.

Metalworking without heat exposure also includes turning and milling. Parts are turned on appropriate modern machines – according to the drawings and calculations, the parts are given any desired shape. This is a kind of “mechanical sculpting” – everything superfluous is removed from a piece of metal, only the necessary shape remains.
